Communication (Girls/ Women) update:
Our new official communication avenues for the Girls/Women program include:
Email: Our Girls/Women updates will go through the USA Wrestling email system. Using this email platform is a USA Wrestling policy that we want to make sure we follow. Please make sure you save the email address to prevent it from going into your junk or spam folder: MN-USA Wrestling info@USAWrestling.org
o Keep in mind any 1-1 email communication can still be done through normal email
o Please feel free to reach out to Katrina Eggum firstname.lastname@example.org and Ali Bernard-Sprenger email@example.com with any Girls/Women wrestling questions, ideas, or if you are interested in starting a Girls wrestling club!

Our Season kick-off tournament, The North Star Tournament, is scheduled for Nov 6 & 7 at Anoka High School. The tournament is pre-register only! You can learn more here
USA Wrestling Membership Cards:
It's that time of the year again! Time to renew your USA Wrestling Membership Card. Please make sure you get your USA Wrestling Membership Card ASAP, so you don't miss out on any of the tournaments, and get access to our Minnesota/USA Wrestling practices i.e., some of the world's best coaches!
