Flat Earth Wrestling Club is ready for the MN/USA State Duals

The Flat Earth Wrestling Club is set to make waves as they dive into the MN/USA State Duals in Rochester. With a rich history dating back to 1984 and a roster of dedicated coaches and wrestlers, the Flat Earth Wrestling Club is ready to lay it on the line against the best of the best.

Established by Randy Baker, the Flat Earth Wrestling Club derives its name from the singular focus and determination exhibited by wrestlers on the mat. To a wrestler, the world is flat, centered around the small, flat mat where they hone their craft. Led by Coach Andy Nesseth, a seasoned wrestler and coach, the team embodies the spirit of focus and dedication that defines this great sport.

This year's team is eagerly anticipating the opportunity to compete at the state level. Inspired by the success of their JCC Huskies Varsity team, these young athletes are determined to make their mark at the MNUSA State Duals, aiming to compete and create lasting memories.

With a message of encouragement and positivity, Flat Earth advises the team to have fun and enjoy the moment as they head into the state duals. Emphasizing the importance of competition while cherishing the experience, the Flat Earth wrestlers are poised to give their all on the mat.

A program with a number of standout wrestlers, each displaying exceptional dedication and commitment to the sport. From hard work to unique strengths, every member of the team brings something special to the mat. The Flat Earth Wrestling Club remains focusing on continuous improvement and learning. With three sets of brothers competing on the team, the bonds of camaraderie and family strengthen their resolve as they prepare for the state duals.

As they gear up for the post-season and the state duals, the Flat Earth Wrestling Club continues to work tirelessly, striving to be the best version of themselves with every practice session. Led by Coaches Andy Nesseth, John Thorn, Tucker Freeman, Bryce Vancura, Wes Liepold, David Thorn, Randy Hummel, they are ready to showcase their skills and passion at the MN/USA State Duals on March 14th.
