GIRLS 2026 Heartland Duals Interest Form
We will use this information to select the participants for each of the duals teams. Team selection will take place following the MN/USA Kids State Tournament and we highly encourage all wrestlers to take part for maximum consideration.
GIRLS Heartland Duals Information
2026 HEARTLAND DUALS - April 2nd - 4th
- Heartland is a Folkstyle team tournament!
- Looking to send 2 teams, based on interest. (Grade 1st through 8th grade)
- Weigh-ins: Thursday (4:00 pm to 8:30 pm)
- Wrestle: Friday and Saturday (done by 3pm on Saturday)
- The cost per wrestler is $275
- Athletes will travel and stay with parents
- Coaching will be provided

Spectator Information
Adult and student pass:
Adult pass is $30 per day. Student pass is $20 per day. If child is not in school yet they are free. All tickets will need to be purchased onsite at the venue. Tickets will be available on Thursday during weigh ins and all weekend.
