Girls' / Women's Minnesota/USA Wrestling

The number of girls wrestling programs with sanctioned state championships has continued to grow at the local and national level over the past decade.  This page is intended to provide you the female opportunities brought to you by MN/USA Wrestling.

2023 Girls National Duals - Interest Form

Do you have a female wrestler interested in competing with and against the best girls in the nation? Minnesota/USA Wrestling is looking for girls willing to compete on the MN Storm National Duals Team. All girls born between 2003-2010 are encouraged to apply, selected girls will be eligible to compete. MN/USA has charted a bus to transport our Girls team. We will depart on June 13th. Transportation, Lodging, Registration, Meals and T-shirts are provided. Participant Cost is $425

Girls National Duals

All girls born between 2003-2010 are encouraged to apply.  Deadline is May 4th!

Girls selected to be on the team will be eligible to compete.  *Selection invites which will include a trackwrestling registration link will be sent beginning May 5th. Your daughter will have a 48hr deadline to accept her spot. (credit card pmts will be accepted through this platform) 

If you have an interest and wish to be considered, fill out the Interst form.     


June 13 - 17 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The first day is for travel and weigh-ins, with wrestling action beginning the following day. 

Jr. Women Freestyle and Greco

  • Wrestlers able to compete in the Junior National Duals are born 9/1/2003 and after, plus enrolled in grades 9-12. (16U women who are born 2007-2008 may be used in this division for this tournament.
  • 8th grade 16U athletes are eligible)

Weight Classes: 100, 106, 112, 117,122,127,132,138,144,152,164,180, 200, 225

14U Women Freestyle and Greco

  • Wrestlers able to compete in the 14U Women National Duals are born 2009-2010.

Weight Classes: 72, 79, 85, 92, 97, 101, 105, 110, 119, 127, 136, 145, 185

Here is a spring schedule for ALL GIRLS practices.  You must have a USA Membership card.   Practices will be run by MN/USA Girls developmental director Katrina Eggum!
